  2. How about decreasing the cost of driving by tanking everywhere at 100+. Uses more fuel, but you’re on the road for less time so it’ll cost less. Won’t it? Has the double benefit of cutting NHS costs, ’cause if you hit anything at that speed, you’ll die. Nae borra, next issue….
