However the most amazing fact about the Graff jewel heist in New Bond Street in London is that 43 items of jewelery could be worth £40 million!

At average earnings in the UK, each item of jewelery is worth roughly what someone would earn in about 30 years.

Each item.

And there were 43 of them.

The perpetrators had apparently been made up with latex masks by an unsuspecting 20 year old who thought she was doing work for a music video.

Although there were shots fired and an assistant was taken hostage for a while, there was no-one hurt.

So the only loss is to an insurance company who are offering £1million reward for information.

It has been a pretty desperate start to the season for the Sons. For the second week in a row we were defeated 3-1, this time away at Arbroath.

One cheeky Arbroath fan posted the following clip of his side’s third goal, scored with the last kick of the game.

This is football in the raw. A few hundred fans on a windy east coast day with the North Sea virtually lapping at the side of the football ground.
