Indeed, indeed. Congratulations to our resident sharp wit, sometime harrumphing curmudgeon and my dear friend Fern Cake who has become engaged to his delightful partner Anne. They plan to marry next summer. It is heartening to know that F.C. has, after years of therapy, overcome his phobia of wedding cake.
