Recently I posted two photos of the Dumbarton FC team , one from 1971-72 and the other from 72-73. The second of the two photos pictured John Cushley who was one of the finest players ever to wear a Dumbarton shirt. John was what we would refer to today as an “uncompromising” defender. [...]

This song has been an ever present in my repetoire ever since I’ve been singing the blues. No one sang it like T Bone Walker, (although my friend Shirley Campbell does a pretty good job on it!) As I don’t have a video of Shirley doing it, here is T Bone Walker and Stormy Monday.
